G-SHOCK AND AQUAMAN AND THE LOST KINGDOM SWEEPSTAKES

READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. ENTRY CONSTITUTES AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH INCLUDE WAIVERS OF CERTAIN RIGHTS INCLUDING WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY, WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO BRING A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE LAWSUIT, LIABILITY RELEASES, AND AGREEING THAT ANY DISPUTE WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION.  

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. ODDS DEPEND ON NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. INTERNET ACCESS IS REQUIRED. 

The G-SHOCK and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Casio America, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and accessible through the Casio G-Shock Facebook page. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Meta, or Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, Inc.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to U.S. legal residents located and residing in one of the 50 United States or District of Columbia, who are aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

 
ENTRY PERIOD: The G-SHOCK and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) starts on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Entry Period”). Sponsor's clock shall be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

 
HOW TO ENTER: During the Entry Period, you may obtain one entry into the Sweepstakes by satisfying the following: (1) Go to the G-Shock Facebook page at CASIO G-SHOCK or otherwise locate the Facebook post by CASIO G-SHOCK promoting this G-SHOCK and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom Sweepstakes; (2) “Like” the post promoting this G-SHOCK and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom Sweepstakes; and (3) “Tag” a friend with whom you’ll be watching Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. The Facebook account associated with those actions will receive an entry into the Sweepstakes when all required actions are satisfied. Limit one entry per person and per Facebook account. Entries received from any person or Facebook account exceeding the stated limits will be void. Entries generated by mechanical means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Entrants must have a valid Facebook account and Facebook Messenger, as any winners will be notified by Facebook Messenger.  If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant selected as a winner, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the subject Facebook account. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the email address assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider, carrier, mobile phone provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning the email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

 
RANDOM DRAWINGS & ODDS: Five (5) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held within 48 hours of the close of the Entry Period . Once a winner is selected, that person is no longer eligible to win another prize. Potential winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, publicity release within _2_ days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, if Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner, if a potential winner does not respond to notification of winning within the specified time frame, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected by drawing at random from all remaining eligible entries received. Prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and validation of compliance with these Official Rules. No more than the number of prizes stated herein will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will only be notified by Facebook Messenger to the account associated with their entry. Sponsor is not responsible for potential winner's failure to review notifications in timely fashion or failure to receive notice of winning.

 
PRIZES: five (5) prizes in total will be awarded with a total approximate retail value (ARV) for all prizes awarded of $ [$1,495 + $99.96]. Each winner will receive one (1) G-Shock MOVE Watches- DWH5600 Series DWH5600-2 (ARV $299.00) and one (1) Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom digital movie (ARV $19.99). WINNERS MUST REDEEM DIGITAL MOVIE OFFER BY 8/31/24. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or greater value. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute prizes (or portions thereof) with one of comparable value. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of prizes not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. All prize details are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, inaccurate, misdirected, damaged, delayed, incorrect, or undelivered entries; or other errors of any kind whether human, printing, typographical, or otherwise relating to or in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, the cancellation or postponement of the Sweepstakes, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials.

 
Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or otherwise. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or who are otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and any associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be unable to run as planned for any reason, including if, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, the Sweepstakes is compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the Sweepstakes prior to the action taken. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, as well as Facebook, Meta, and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment and their respective parents and affiliates (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants from and against any liability for, any and all claims, actions, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including death, to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, arising from or in connection with, acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of a prize or participation in and/or entry into this Sweepstakes and in any Sweepstakes-related activity or use of any prize won.

 
By acceptance of a prize, except where legally prohibited, winner grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, state of residence, photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the Internet and world wide web, in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.

 
PRIVACY: Personal information that entrants provide in connection with the Sweepstakes which may be collected by the Sponsor are subject to Sponsor's privacy policy, available at https://www.casio.com/us/privacy/. Any entrant who has elected to receive emails from the Sponsor and no longer wishes to receive further emails may opt out by following the "unsubscribe" instructions at the bottom of the e-mail communication.

 
ARBITRATION AND VENUE: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO DISPUTE RESOLUTION BY JURY TRIAL. Venue for any and all such disputes shall be in the State of New Jersey. 

CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New Jersey.

 
WINNERS LIST: To request a list of winners (first name, last initial, and state of residence), send a request no later than March 31st, 2024 through either Facebook Messenger to the G-Shock Facebook account, or in a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: G-Shock and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom Sweepstakes Winners List, c/o Casio America, Inc., 570 Mount Pleasant Avenue, Dover, NJ 07801.
