Casio G-SHOCK (“Sponsor”) Street League Skateboarding Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”)

Sweepstakes Period. The “Sweepstakes Period” begins once the post alerting fans about the Sweepstakes is made on Sponsor’s Instagram account, @gshock_us, (“Platform”) (“Call for Entry”), on or about Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 12:00pm ET, and will end Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 11:59pm ET.
Eligibility. This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who, at the time of entry, are at least 18 years of age, excluding employees, directors or officers of the Sponsor, its parent, affiliated companies, representatives, dealers and agents, (the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and those who are immediate family members of and/or domiciled with any of the foregoing. The sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal and local laws and regulations and are void outside of the 50 US/DC and where restricted, taxed or prohibited.
How to Enter. An entrant may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period by responding to the Call for Entry by (a) following the @gshock_us Instagram account; (b) liking the Call for Entry Instagram post; (c) leaving a new comment on the Call for Entry Instagram post and tagging two friends in that comment; (d) sign up for the email list. Any attempt or suspected attempt to enter more than once per person/Platform, or any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or entry methods not authorized by these Official Rules, shall be deemed as tampering and will void all of your entries. If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized Instagram account holder at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted post is considered the authorized account holder. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the account associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid Instagram account that may be identified by reverse domain name search. Sponsor’s computer is the sole timekeeping device for these Sweepstakes. By entering, each entrant warrants and represents the following with respect to the entry: (a) entrant is the sole and exclusive owner of the entry; (b) the entry is entrant’s own creation; and the entry will not infringe on any rights or any third parties. By entering, the entrant agrees to abide by the Official Rules.
Odds, Prize. Subject to verification, two (2) winners (as designated in the Call for Entry) will each receive two (2) P2 admission tickets to the Street League Skateboard (SLS) Championship Event on April 20, 2024 at the Viejas Arena in San Diego, California. Prize is valued at approximately $45 each or $90 for both. Two (2) additional winners will receive two (2) P1 admission tickets to the Street League Skateboard (SLS) Championship Event on April 20, 2024 at the Viejas Arena in San Diego, California. Prize is valued at approximately $105 each or $210 for both. Prize may be transferred one (1) time to a separate party. Prize may not be redeemed for cash value. Winners must have a valid Ticketmaster account for ticket transfer. All applicable taxes on the Prize, if any, and any other costs not specifically stated herein are the responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if Prize or any part is not available. Sponsor will send the winner a direct message to discuss details for awarding the prize, which will be administered via email. Winner must supply an email address to receive a prize.
Claiming Prize. If a potential winner does not reply to Sponsor’s direct message within one (1) business day his or her entry will be void and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such potential winner and another potential winner will be selected. Sponsor shall make a reasonable number of attempts to award the Prizes. By entering this Sweepstakes, you hereby consent to be contacted by Sponsor for administration of this Sweepstakes and winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and where legal, publicity release. Failure to return any or all documents as specified, a prize or prize notification being returned as undeliverable, or potential winner not complying with any term of these Official Rules may result in disqualification, the prize being forfeited and Sponsor having no further obligation. An alternate winner will be randomly selected until a prize is awarded.
Conditions. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant consents to the use of his or her entry, name, city of residence and any image or other recording of or that may be taken of the foregoing in publicity carried out by the Sponsor and its agent, without further notice or compensation. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant irrevocably, perpetually, and without limitation, grants the Sponsor the exclusive right to use, publish, such entry in any way, in commerce, and in any media worldwide in any format (electronic, print, or other) and waives all of his or her rights, in and to the entry. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, inappropriate, inconsistent with Sponsor’s image as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of these Official Rules may be disqualified by the Sponsor. Sponsor takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors. Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram, Street League Skateboarding, and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates and respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively the “Releases”) from any liability in connection with preparing for, travel to and/or participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity; any use, misuse or nonuse of a prize; and for any claim based on a violation of privacy or publicity rights, defamation, misappropriation, false association, intellectual property infringement or breach of contract. These Sweepstakes will be administered in accordance with these Official Rules, and shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of New Jersey.
Disclaimer. Sponsor nor Sweepstakes Entities assumes responsibility for failure of the internet or the website during the Sweepstakes Period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or otherwise modify this Sweepstakes, cancel any method of entry or void any entries submitted fraudulently should unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of this Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify the winner and award the prize by way of random drawing from among all non- suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages fully permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
Winner’s List. For the name of the winner, please send a self- addressed stamped envelope postmarked within 30 days following the Sweepstakes Period to Casio America, Inc., 570 Mt. Pleasant Ave, Dover, NJ 07801.
Privacy Policy. Sponsor is collecting personal data about the winner solely for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. No further informational or marketing communications will be received by entrants unless entrants provide Sponsor with permission to do so.
